Anyone familiar with the Thorn property east of Dayton, Washington?

Looking into doing some deer hunting this fall and may be able to hunt the Thorn property outside of Dayton.  It used to be “feel free to hunt” on wdfw, but not anymore. Would like to know if anyone has any experience in this area.  Cemetery hill rd or eckler mountain rd are some of the roads through property.  Would love to hear from anyone with experience around there or knows anything about this area, how’s the deer population?
