I have a buddy who has one of those and it is really nice.  Easy to transport.

Might be a phase 2 purchase!

Up until a few years ago, that was my set up. Nowadays, it's a Blackstone. There's several models to fit your liking. I also use a couple farming discs turned into woks for a lot of the cooking. Some trips I throw in the camp Traeger. Food is always top priority :chuckle:
sounds like Phillip and Greg too. They need shirts that say "Hunting, But first, Food."
Ha, the older we get, the more important certain things become at camp and Greg's rib steaks over charcoal as the sun goes down and Philip's breakfasts ready before the sun comes up are surely atop the my list! :chuckle:

so if I throw in a black stone and a farm disc in the boat you’ll come fishing with us tomorrow and bag that cooking deal you have to do tomorrow??😂

So is the stainless griddle better or worse to cook on than a traditional cast iron griddle? I have the camp chief 3 burner and its great! We also use it for canning and can run three canners at a time.
Slap some bacon on a biscut and lets go, were burrnin daylight!

I would take a cast iron griddle any day over a stainless one. :twocents:

You'd better just focus on your hookset techniques and save all the extra room in your boat for blankets and a heater :chuckle:

Well, I  decided on the outland portable stove, the camp chef bbq box, and the little griddle.

Very happy with the stove and bbq.  The stove is well made and feels sturdy.  I like the way the legs fold up and the wheels are handy for moving as it is about 70 pounds.

The griddle is nice, but a bit on the thin side. Warps a little when heated.  Not bad but noticeable. The grease trap is obnoxious to clean too.

I test ran it all on the deck and the system works well.  I am quite happy with it.  Will be setting it up with the RV in a couple weeks and using it at Boomershoot end of the month.  I will get photos.

I have never used a griddle before.  While the one I got was just "ok", i loved the concept enough that I went to walmart and picked up a blackstone for the deck.  Used it last night and I can tell I am going to have fun with that!
