Mid May if I’m not mistaken is when I got my refund last year when I wasn’t selected for the elk permit I put in for.

Will they send paper regulations in the mail automatically? Or do we have to ask?

I can’t recall if they send a copy or not. If they don’t shoot me a text jstone and I’ll have my soon to be father in law mail you out a copy.

The person I talked to said checks for "non drawers" like.myself would be mailed 1st week of May. Last year the did not send out paper copies of the regs.
