Carbon arrow life span

Currently shooting older CE Mayhem 350’s. I flex check them etc - but wonder if the spine changes with age/hitting hard targets etc.
Also, getting to the point of needing to get some more arrows - CE has a newer model of the mayhem - but wondering if I should look elsewhere ? Easton fmj?
Always get paranoid when seeing pics where a carbon arrow has broken on release.

I've been shooting some of the same CE mayhems for 8 or 9 years now with no issues.

I have a few arrows left over from 2008 that I shoot at home. They’re good tips, I always flex check them and inspect them before I shoot. I’m sure over time they weaken, but I’m not sure what the lifespan would be.

I go thru quite a few ACC371's. Everytime I blow one thru a bull or buck i loose them. I guess that would mean a short life span for my arrows😂😂😂😂

Once you get below a full 6-7 arrow quiver it is time to order another dozen or two. I buy 2 dozen at a time, and they last for YEARS.

Man I bought like 5/6 dozen years ago when sportsman’s switched to wholesale sports.
That was probably 10 years ago? I paid like 45/50 a dozen for bare shafts. I just ordered 3 dz xt shafts. I have about a dz left of the pro hunters. Going to save them for my hunting arrows with broad heads. Never had any issues with them at all and they are like I said probably around 10 years old.
