Backcountry Frank Church bear from this past weekend. Not a huge sow, but is a beautiful blonde bear. Missed her at 760 yards, but was able to sneak in and get a 15 foot shot on her in the buck brush. Long, hot, steep packout ensued.

Thanks, everyone! I couldn't be more pumped. I can't figure out how to get the picture to flip, but this pack-out picture gives a little bit better feel for the lovely terrain we hunt over there.

Nice bear!!! I’m pretty sure I killed mine adjacent to that exact same clearcut in June 2021.
