Idaho F&G should step up and make an exception in this case.  If they cant give him a tag this year, they should hold a tag from the draw for next year and give it to the individual in compensation.  This is a terrible mistake and no one should go through that after being notified they had drawn.  Just my opinion.

I think if they honored the tags drawn there would be no non resident tags for at least a decade or more, that's not going to happen.

I think if they honored the tags drawn there would be no non resident tags for at least a decade or more, that's not going to happen.

  plus bad way to manage a resource when they have so few tags for a lot of units to potentially take possibly quite a few extra animals out in one year
