VA IRRRL Streamlined ReFi - Rates are still awesome
« on: May 08, 2021, 11:56:02 AM »
If your rate is 3% or above and you have excellent credit, you should still be considering an IRRRL. I'm saving one borrower $200/month and he's been at 3.25%.

Remember: The Interest Rate Reduction Refinance Loan is for a rate and term refi only - no cash-out. This is available to qualified vets AND active duty personnel. PM or call - 360-771-1914. I will work hard for you Thanks,
John

Is Wichita too far.  Asking for a friend.
Economy failure = Too many people spending money they don't have on things they don't need to impress people they don't like.
