No multiseason option available to purchase. I was in at about 10:05 but something isn't right on their end. Go figure.

I don't think you will be given the option if you have already received a tag.

go to tags and the 'hunting" section, you have to click the view all option, then the multi season tag option will show up, i just bought a tag

Correct, this is well stated in several places on the WDFW website and licensing system.
