I'm "baaaaaccccckkkkkk".

America's finest will have a new addition to their small arms inventory very soon.  Back for another round (see what I did there) is the .308, err, 7.62.  Gone for a while but back to bridge the gap between the M4 (5.56 NATO) and the larger caliber sniper rifles, the 7.62 has resurfaced in a big way.  Looks like quite the weapon!

While the M110-A1 might be good weapon, I would like to see the M14 as the platform. It's adapical and threaded for flash suppresser, mussel brake (M14-E2) and they  have a bunch of M14-NM in storage. I would agree with the M17 over the M9, but for me  the 1911 was better. Then look at the M320 that's replacing the M203, the M203 was OK but hands down the M79 was way better. The blooper was more accurate and faster to reload.  :twocents:

M14’s aren't as accurate (unless you get a crazyhorse) and like to break oprods.

But SARGE my arms and fingers hurt

This weapon is too heavy for me

-Weak privates nowadays

I think it’s cool that they are trying to diversify kinda but honestly it means nothing without proper and constant training

I cannot tell you how many days I’ve spent at the range and watched people with 10+ years of service shooting the sandbags they are resting their weapons on for prone supported. Also shooting 7/40.

Again not trying to bash but that was my experience I’m sure all the cool units already have their stuff dialed.
