there should be no surprise that you found wolves in idaho... are you surprised?
What unit in Idaho was the pic taken?
Not to start another "I saw" thread or to jack this one but I had a couple truck drivers of our making drops up near the Mt. Rainier Park and they swear they saw two. These guys are not idiots and know the difference. They told me where they were so I think I will go up and see if I can see any tracks in the morning...I have a feeling they are right as a couple of loggers in the area are saying the same thing.

wolves are extremely territorial and will hunt/track down/kill for fun any canine that enters their territory. thats the trouble lots of houndsmen are running into in idaho is losing hounds to wolves.
