Hunting around Cheney
« on: September 21, 2021, 01:29:29 PM »
I just moved my son over to attend Eastern Washington University. We have hunted together for years and I don’t want to break the tradition.  Is there much public land to hunt over that way? We saw a lot of town deer, so I assume there are deer in the area.

Get on X maps if you don’t already have it. You’ll find plenty of DNR and BLM land nearby to hunt.  Seems like mainly south of town but there are some chunks north of I90 too.  Have fun hunting with your son.  Mine just started at WSU this year and I can’t wait to pheasant hunt with him soon.
