95% of the areas he was told to hunt in his prior thread are now closed through 2021.
I was worried about that, but unless I am wrong. All DNR land has opened as of the 16th of September. There is still a burn ban, but there is no blocked public access from what I can see.
We were just up to our cabin yesterday. Any logging road within 15 miles of Bonaparte is closed. Some will never open again. There are signs up on most roads.
Spur Mountain-Walker Creek Fire Order-Supercedes Previous Orders
Closure Order: 06-21-09-21-18
Pursuant to 16 U.S.C. § 551 and 36 CFR § 261.50(a) and (b), and to provide for public safety, the following acts are prohibited with the Tonasket Ranger District of the Colville National Forest. This order supersedes the previously signed Spur Mountain Fire Order # 06-21-09-21-17 signed on September 17, 2021. This order is effective October 01, 2021, through December 31, 2021, unless rescinded sooner.
PROHIBITIONS:
1. Entering into or being upon National Forest System lands, as described below and displayed on the attached map, Exhibit A [36 CFR § 261. 53(e)].
2. Being on a National Forest System Trail as described below and displayed on the attached map, Exhibit A [36 CFR § 261.55(a)].
3. Being on a National Forest System Road as described below and displayed on the attached map, Exhibit A [36 CFR § 261.54(e)].
CLOSURE AREA DESCRIPTION:
The closure area begins at the junction of NFS Road 320000 and the Forest Boundary in T38N R30E Section 03. Follow the Forest 3300000 road west to T38N, R29E Sec 3 and continue along the Forest boundary to the 3230 road, south along the 3230 (Mill Creek) to the junction of the 3230/3235 in Section 29. Follow the 3230 road south and east to the forest boundary in T38N R31E S31. Follow the Forest boundary north back to the beginning point.
No State DNR or Private lands are closed under this order.
Exclusions include: Lost lake 050 road to the forest boundary in T39N R30E Section 28 and Lost Lake Campground, Camp Tokiwanee and Camp Ortoha.

EXEMPTIONS:
Pursuant to 36 CFR § 261.50(e), the following persons are exempt from this order:
1. Any federal, state, or local officer, or member of an organized rescue or fire fighting force in the performance of an official duty.
2. Persons with Forest Service Permit No. FS-7700-48 (Permit for Use of Roads, Trails, or Areas Restricted by Regulation Order), specifically exempting them from this Order.
These prohibitions are in addition to the general prohibitions in 36 CFR Part 261, Subpart A.
Violations of this prohibition are punishable by a fine of not more than $5,000 for an individual or $10,000 for an organization, or imprisonment for not more than 6 months, or both (16 U.S.C. § 551; 18 U.S.C. §§ 3551, 3559, 3571, and 3581).
