Yah, I’m a “seasoned” hunter. Can’t help but thinking you younger guys are missing out on the classics. They have so much meaning with minimal words.

For what it's worth, there are still some excellent singer/songwriters. Not many in "Nashville" as there still isnt money in authenticity, but around the fringes they still exist.

Country music as a genre stopped in the 90s then it became whatever garbage it is today especially don't bring any Jason Aldean up in this

I listen to more Marty, Johnny Horton, Waylon, Merle, Cash, than anything. Johnathan_S is right though, there is some fantastic new country music out there, it just isn't on the radio. Look up the likes of Colter Wall, Tyler Childers, Brent Cobb.
