You might want to shop around at some of the smaller gunshops/shooting ranges.  Between Welchers and Sportco,  I was able to find everything I was looking for, yesterday.  Bought a pound of H1000 and 200 Federal Gold Medal Magnum primers.

my buddy went home to pendelton oregon and he went to half a dozen stores before he got to a home town gun and grocery that that had 150 cases of 30.06 and 150 cases of .223.  I guess the shop owner made the order in august 08 and it just came in.

It sounds like it's time to get a new gun.

You may have to go directly to the manufacturer. I recently did that to get ammo and magazines for my S & W M&P 40c. Midway and everybody else was out. Doubble Tap and Buffalobore and S &W got them to me right away. Try the web site and order from them directly. The price should be pretty close to what we'd pay at the store. But at least you may get what you have a hank'ring for.
