I never think of Oregon for big elk.  Lots of elk yes, but not beasts like that.

Would think they have the same quality of bulls as Washington beings they have a few units that are tied to our Blue mountains units. Sled Springs, Walla Walla , Mount Emily are some that come to mind quickly.
