I got an email alert from Firearms Policy Coalition yesterday about SB 5217. They claimed that it "had a scheduled hearing today" (yesterday). Am I missing something? To me, it appears as though SB 5217 died in the senate about a month ago but FPC is usually pretty accurate with their stuff.
This was the bill that would basically make you a felon for owning a semi-auto firearm.
