I don't know for sure.  I do know that I have bought a lot of bullets for my centerfire rifles that are labeled blemished and I've never found anything wrong with them.  They all seem to shoot the same.

Well, they were 18.99 earlier but there is only 1 left and they took the price back up to 39.99. Good job Larry.
