Watched my younger brother shoot his second buck with one. Shot was @ 498 yards.  Buck made a 180 degree turn on impact. Dropped and did a 100 yards down hill roll, done deal.

I've used the 150gr partitions out of a 270wsm but never the 160gr. Would they be stable out of normal twist barrels?

They should stabilize just fine out of a normal 1-10” .270. They’re a semi spitzer so they’re a little shorter for their weight than the 130 and 150 grainers.

Bet they’d be a hammer pushed to about 2900 with rl26.

They work really good out of my 2-270's.
Several mule deer as well as elk.
