Gosh Grant Co for spinney rays.  First find water and dip in hook.  They are everywhere just about.  Seriously thou if you go south on D street about half way between Moses and George go down about 5 mi or so. you will find a couple of ponds that are really great for spinney rays. Used to take my son there.  The ponds are located on both sides of the road.  Another spot is banks lake all over the place next to cat tails or drop offs etc.  The docks at the south end have produced a lot of perch.  Have fun.  By the way keep the outfits simple.  Hook and worm small split shot below a small bobber.  For crappie a small mini red and white jig small jig head suspended above the weeds by a small bobber.  jerk retrieve in little 6 inch jerks pause between jerks.  A number 10 hook works great.  You can also use other baits they hit pretty much everything.
I've slowed down enough in my old age to finally let the game catch up to me

Close, but D street wouldn't get him there, that would take him out into the middle of the sage brush dad. You want to go down "I" street and fish with a very small bobber within 15' of shore with a worm and you will have to beat them off. Fish in the pond on the right side of the rd. If you go for the crappie use a red and white micro jig, that's the 1/80 ounce one and use a slip bobber usually around 4'. Good luck, I've seen state record largemouth bass in these ponds while trapping them for rats.
If you shoot the first one you will never get that true trophy.
