Outfitters, packers?
« on: July 14, 2022, 07:33:14 PM »
Looking to find an outfitter or packer to possibly pack out an elk in the blue mountains for a quality draw elk tag.  Looking for some names and numbers.  I may not need one, but who knows where a guy may knock one down...

Dave and Sas Waldron. He goes by Mtncook on here, but isn't very active.

Does Bear Paw Outfitters work that area?  If so, you won’t find any better.

There's only 2 licensed guys in the Wenaha...... and a third from Oregon, but it's just a sliver he can work.

Be prepared to do it alone.  We had a packer lined up but he was tied up for 5 days when we needed him.  Four 11 mile round trips later we got er done.
