I've only done pork baby backs and have some beef ribs to do, looking for suggestions on Temps and time.

Flaken style, spare ribs, short ribs? Normally I do flanken style with beef and it's hot and quick.

Id say low n slow for beef spare ribs. 5-8 hours on 250ish. Not familiar with a Teriyaki rib, but if I'd have to guess it's a flanken style rib and should cook hot and fast. Might want to add them 3/4s of the way through if that's the case. :twocents:
