Grill just like you'd tuna. Cheese, lettuce, bacon and maters.

We got into a big ball of them a few years ago just west of neah bay and loaded up.

Tried them a bunch of different ways, but I think my favorite was smoked in a brine with dill and minimal sugar.

Fried, baked, sautéed, was all good. 


If I run into them I will definitely try to plug the boat!
