Hm. At the risk of being yelled, screamed at and threatened with bodily harm back to the Pleistocene, Yes.

But not allot. A few deer, a few bear and some goats. Pretty standard for the time of year and place (grin).

High temperatures and a full moon last week, not to mention the fire smoke might have put a damper on observing much. So it goes. I accept that because there's not a damn thing I can do about it! Life is good.

Thank you. You as well.

Somewhere between the PCT and the Entiat Divide I should find a migrator.

Spent some time a little south and west last weekend. Heading back up next weekend in a little different area. Haven't laid eyes on any bucks but a couple bears and mule deer does.

Excellent! And well done.

Keep up the effort, as you know, it's time well spent.

Observed one decent 4X4 last week, no piss walloper but a fine buck no less. And a bear in the middle of an alpine berry field. The low bush variety berries at 6,000 Ft. Elev. are starting to blue up finally. Mr. bruin was eating them.

Enjoy!

I see big bucks up there all the time when climbing there. The lower part of the valley is a brush infested mess though but there are a few sekrit trail to get thru.

Nice pictures. Looks inviting, flat just like google earth. But where’s the other half, rain, no vis fog, occasional snow?
