I was pretty  much in the same situation  last year. I went to Archery world  in Lacey.

After they set my bow up, the very first arrow  went threw the paper perfect (paper turning)

Archery world,   There is a bow shop near Shelton O'Connell archery. But if it were me I'd try may's archery or talk to wade at brite strings both in Puallup both great guys that work out of there garage. But for next year do like i am doing set up your own work bench buy a vise and a press and do it yourself pretty easy once you get the hang or it.
