For special hunt application archery elk they have 346 open in Sep, but up in the season part 346 is not open during the early archery season.

That just means you can't hunt in there without a special permit. Get the permit and you're good to go.

special permit only...not open in general season. 360 should be the same way.

And an untold amount of deer hunters and the jeepers are really thick that time of year too, Just a heads up !!! Been there several times

Yeah that unit sucks for elk, I wouldn't even apply for that hunt!
