Ribeye cap steak
« on: September 29, 2022, 06:47:44 PM »
I have been looking for this cut for over a year now. Costco finally had some in stock, and it did not disappoint. They were the size of a small roast, so plenty of leftovers.  :brew:

SpadeL Ranch beef seasoning, and slow cooked on the Traeger.

I love Beer, but there are only two Beers I have ever had that I could not finish one can, the first is the one in your picture, Irish Death, the second was the balck and white can "Pub" Beer. The steak on the other hand no problem! I would eat salty, bloody, red meat everyday if it was good for your health!  :)

Thats it, love that stuff.  Also use as a topper for a killer jerky.

It is good for your health. Don't believe the soy eating vegans.

Nice!

Buying a whole grass fed steer this year, cutting it myself. Can't wait to carve out all those treasures!

Looks great.  762, there are only like 3 members on the forum who would listen to vegans.  :chuckle:

It's excellent for you everyday. You just have to cut out the crap that contains the carbs and eat more fat. I've been on a carnivore diet for a while now. My doctor just had to cut my BP meds by half because my BP has been too low lately. I feel great and have a ton of energy.
