Hunting4Ebikes
« on: October 11, 2022, 07:13:21 PM »
I'm considering buying an ebike to use for hunting next year after finding out the land I have been hunting for the last 15 years is now allowing them.  I met with Mike who runs Hunting4Ebikes tonight who seems like a pretty stand up guy. Just curious if anyone on here has purchased one of his bikes and what their review is of them?  His bike are all fat tire bikes so also wondering what people think of the fat tire versus the standard mountain bike tire. He let me take one for a spin which was pretty fun. They seem like pretty good quality bikes. Also like the fact that he is local and can help repair/replace parts if needed.  I'm looking to spend around $2500 so also open to other recommendations.  Thanks!

1500 hub motor seems like a lot to me. I'm looking real hard at an M2S All Terrain HT. Looks like a cousin of the Rad Rover but a few components upgrades and multiple frame sizes.

Those 2 bikes are way better than any new rear hub motor bike you could get for $2500 or less. Only 19 inch frames or I would have sent a DM also

the mid motor bikes are great.. biggest thing to watch for is battery life.. a spare battery will run 6-900$! Trust me, if you run mountains you will want to carry spare! those bikes DONT pedal well on their own even on level ground~

full disclosure~! i have not purchased an extra battery yet but it HAS affected my ability to get in and out of places i wanted to work, or next day recharge camping and running a gen set for that!
