Vortex Binos

Does anyone own a pair of Vortex binos.  I just bought the Furys and would like some input before I use them.  They seem great and the warranty is awesome.

i have been very happy with the vortex scopes i have.
i don't think you'll be unhappy with them, but i gotta ask...why would you be looking for input before you use them after you already bought them?
p.s. one of our site sponsors, elknut1, is a vortex dealer and a great source of info on them if needed.

funny story actually: i had been saving up on sportsmans warehouse giftcards to buy a new pair of binos.  sure enough, sportsmans was bought out.  i had a week to spend my gift cards here in kennewick before they were worthless.  i bought some nikon 8X42's because they had nothing in stock and i needed something i could trade back in.  vortex were recommended but they didn't have any in.  i did some research and liked what i saw.  more than anything i'm looking for a pat on the back to reasure myself i made a good decision!  thanks.

I have some vipers and love them . The eye cups kinda suck but they are good glass , havnt had any problems with them yet

I like my cheap Diamondbacks and I got to test the warranty before I even got a chance to use them. The day UPS delivered them I took them out of the box and set them on the kitchen table. I went outside for a minute and while I was gone my 2 year old daughter (at the time) decided to get up on a chair and try out the new binoculars. Well she ended up dropping them on the floor from about 4 feet up, and broke the twist out eyepiece. I mailed them back to Vortex in Minnesota if I remember right. They fixed them at no charge and returned them about a week later.

The only thing I don't like about them is they're made in China.

I have the 6.5x32 Fury and a 10x42 Viper.  Both are good binoculars.  Vortex warranty is excellent, and they stand by it just the way it is written.  Just use your Fury and enjoy it.  What matters is what you think of it, not us.

I had a chance to check out there line at XXX archery when cory was setting up my new bow. I took both the high end and lower ends outside and was very impressed. The clarity and low light gathering were awesome. Better than my Nikons by far on the higher end set.

There scopes were really impressive too. Looking at one for my newly restored 71 BAR.

I had the Razors for about a week.  Nice 'nocs, good glass, just didn't quite fit me...sent them back.
No complaints.

I bought a pair of Vortex Razor 10x 42's last year after doing about 5 months worth of research, testing, reading reviews, and poking around on the internet. I looked through Zeiss, Leupold, Nikons, Steiners, and Leicas and bought these because, for my eyes, they worked the best.I took them hunting last fall in the Twisp, Conconully area and put them through my standard hunting - which means falling from rocks, falling from horses, hunting in rain, snow, dirt. I fell on them twice and dropped them once - no damage. They are outstanding in clarity. I'm not an optics expert but, after 37 years of hunting, I know what it means to look through a pair of good binoculars and these are just flat out good. I gave my old Bausch and Lombs (sp?) away and never looked back. Minor drawback is that the adjustable diopter cups are plastic when they would be better in an aircraft grade aluminum...and Cindy Crawford has a mole...so what?

I won't be looking for binoculars again.
