Thanks guys. He's pretty proud of his first elk. He's had a good season for his first big game season. A doe, a buck, and cow elk. I'll be very interested to get her age back. She was very emaciated and tough as a shoe. I've eaten meat from hundreds of big game animals and she is the first one I'd consider inedible using normal butchering processes. All burger, braising, and jerky out of this old girl
