Two Beaver Skinners and Two Chef's Knives
« on: January 03, 2023, 04:03:24 PM »
Here are four recent knives, two chef’s and two beaver skinners. The chef’s knives I’ve made get used and enjoyed every single day and the first beaver skinner I made has done over 50 beavers in the last year. The first is a Santoku with a handle of some nice Desert Ironwood: $250. The second is my standard chef’s pattern with a Vintage Natural Micarta handle with slightly curved “bolsters” of olive drab micarta and a handrubbed finish; I think this is the first time I’ve done curved bolsters, I like them: $275. Next is a beaver skinner with a partial tang handle, which is something I’ve never done before in this way. I think it gives it a more traditional/older look and pairs well with the Osage Orange handle for $220. The final knife is a custom ordered beaver skinner with a Maple handle, which is not available. All have free shipping. Thanks for looking and happy new year!
