Electric stuffer problems

So I purchased a 30 lb electric sausage stuffer and I having  a problem with the meat wanting to bypass the seal. Anyone else have this problem? Any cures?

Before loading your meat, spray the inside of the canister and down in the horn with nonstick spray.  Also make sure your meat is cold and moist.  If too dry it doesn't like to flow too well, if too warm it gets too sticky.  I am guessing you are trying to stuff snack sticks?  The small tubes are usually the ones to give ya issues.  Don't get too flustered the rewards are worth it.  Good Luck  :tup:
