New to bear hunting. . .

Hey guys. . .I have never been bear hunting before, but my neighbor set-up a game cam on his back porch about two weeks ago and he's had black bear on his back porch almost nightly. . .that and my dogs have been going absolutely ape-sh*t nightly as well!!!

So I was thinking that I might give it a try during the Fall season. . .

. . .seeing as how I have never done this before I don't even know where to start. . .I'm gonna try to do some scouting and see if I can find any sign (I know what their scat and tracks look like. . .I actually saw some pretty big scat piles when I was coyote hunting in Dewatto earlier this year), but short of that I'm not sure how to go about actually hunting them. . .stalking, tree stand????

I haven't reviewed the reg's yet either so I don't know what is legal and what is prohibited. . .i.e. baiting, hounds, etc.

Thanks for any help you can provide!
