MULEY FREAK BINO HARNESS
« on: June 21, 2023, 06:33:29 PM »
Just looking for input on anyone that has the game changer bino harness system.  I might be in the market, and thought I would ask before buying for real world experience with it.

Bought one about 6 months ago and I love it! It really is a great system that just seems to have a spot for everything while being sleek. Only thing is I haven’t had a chance to get out in the rain with it yet. I think it’ll perform well now that I figured out the adjustments for opening and closing the lid but we’ll see this fall.

I wouldn't buy anything from Muley Freak. Erik is a convicted poacher and is currently being charged for another offence in Idaho from 2022. I won't buy from Black Ovis or Camofire because they carry MF products and have refused to make a statement on their partnership with MF. Compare that to GoHunt who has publicly stated that they are selling their inventory and then no longer carrying MF products.

2017 Utah Conviction - brief attached

It looks quite similar to a Marsupial harness, I would look into that one. I like my Stone Glacier harness as well.

As stated above, he is a black eye on hunters everywhere, find another product.  There are tons of options for carrying binos.  Don't overthink it.

I have tried many brands of bino harnesses and Marsupial gear is my favorite

MF did have a good thing going with their forward opening non-magnetized lids (I don't care for magnetic lids), it's still my favorite one I've tried but like others stated I won't give that d-bag a cent of my money anymore

Marsupial offers a non magnetic version of their harness now…

Marsupial makes one of the best bino harnesses IMO

The Stone Glacier's have a forward opening lid secured with elastic. No magnets and the tension is adjustable.
