Suggestion: If there are any left overs, make some mashed potatoes and put chopped up brisket or pork butt between an upper and lower of potatoes in a enameled cast iron dutch oven. Bake at approx. 350 for an hour.......grated cheese on top.

Fried potato pancakes🤑🤑🤑 one of my childhood favorites. Never tryed with meat but I'm on it.  :IBCOOL: We always do pizza, mexican tacos, enchiladas, and tostada's. Bbq go's with every thing.  As you can tell ya’”ya’ll Can’t get this fat an sexy on whiskey an silver bullets alone.  :dunno: :chuckle:😉🥃🇺🇸

Or take those same mashed taters and then stir in cheese. Toss in the waffle iron and then put your left over brisket in between for a sandwich.

You may have just invented the brisket potato panini.

they are amazing. Used to make them with all my left over taters. Especially good with you make rustic mashed taters with the skins still in there.
