I'm curious how she got confirmed in the first place?

I suppose some rep's don't care if their voting for a legal candidate or not.

If we as hunters and fishers do nothing besides complaining then we are contributing to the problem. Write, call, email to any and all people you can think of and we can make a difference

That or they didn’t look into it and she didn’t mention it.

So did you contribute $ or time to a local republican? Join your local or county party and do the same?

i would bet all of my spring bear points that Lorna (and some other anti-WDFW commissioners) lurk on this forum, and that when they see in-fighting they clap their soft little hands and smirk their little commie-smirks, and pass a wee wind of relief into their plotting cushion that soon all hunting will be banned step by step.

not saying anyone on here is wrong in their points, just sayin.

the lawyers were supposed to hash out a solution in early July - anyone know anyone from the Sportsman’s Alliance that can give an update on where this is.

My point is that hunters have been complacent, and yes elections matter.

Hunters representing less than 2% of the state have a barely audible voice, if its even heard its not likely to make a rats behind, no more so than any group of 2% has in any vote at any level.  Dont forget, this has been ongoing for years now without appreciable gains or even any momentum to build from.  No, I havent given up, Im merely pointing out personal observations of the last 50 years.   :twocents:

Politics goes beyond hunting. being part of the system educates and influences politicians. 1 person can make a difference and I know several.

Have you seen my votes before? Does R on the ballots now stand for Democrat? I have never voted for a democrat but keep whining and let me know how that goes for you sport.

I sent off emails to 13 different people this morning voicing my concerns about Lorna Smith being illegally on the WDFW commission. What have you done today to help hunters and fishers?

Contact the press, your representatives, post something on social media. Last Friday, I had a quick exposure on Lars Larson for the WWC and the lawsuit. Get the word out there.
"Restricting the rights of law-abiding citizens based on the actions of criminals and madmen will have no positive effect on the future acts of criminals and madmen. It will only serve to reduce individual rights and the very security of our republic." - Pianoman https://linktr.ee/johnlwallace https://valoaneducator.tv/johnwallace-2014743
