Anybody get an email today about leftover MS elk tags?

Didn't see this posted anywhere, but just curious.  WDFW said the emails were supposed to go out this morning the the "next in line" group of applicates for the elusive leftover MS elk tags.  I didn't get an email, but just wondering if anyone got an email to buy one or if they screwed the pooch in typical WDFW fashion?
