Point Defiance Launch 0 low tide

Has anyone launched at pt defiance on a zero tide??  Wanting to chase silvers at first light tomorrow, it's a 0.4' at 430am.  Was planning to try to launch at 5am.  It's a smaller 18 Raider Sportsman.
