Unless the regs have changed, any kind of battery operated illumination like red dots are illegal to hunt with in WA.
Red dot sights are legal

Using an AR10 this year for WT.
Mine has a traditional scope though. :chuckle:

Legal during modern firearm seasons, regardless of weapon.
