Sig Sauer Kilo 3 Range Finder
« on: January 23, 2024, 12:48:13 PM »
Lookin to replace my 20 year old Nikon 800 yard model.  No issues with my current Model.   I am not a long range shooter, just need some more juice at long range.
Would like to hear from anyone who owns this model.

Thanks,

Bryan

I have it's predecessor, the 2400 I believe. It works fine, I don't have much to compare it to in terms of traditional range finder metrics. I bought it for the BDX capabilities.

That part is awesome. My buddies couldn't figure out how I ranged, dialed and got on a buck this year within 10 seconds after they got spooked towards me. The app is pretty user friendly, you can true your MV without a chrono, and it's never failed on me in the field.

I'd say it reliably ranges to 800ish yards on non-reflective targets in sunny conditions. Would recommend

I have a Sig Kilo 2000 which has ranged over 3,000 yards a few times on reflective targets.
Nature. It's cheaper than therapy.

I have the Sig Kilo 3000 - it works perfect . My 2000 died right before my Montana archery elk trip and Sig overnighted a 3000 to replace it

Thanks everyone.  I wanted to order one online since I got a 10% off code at the Reno sheep show, but they are OOS on the Sig site.    Might have to buy on at full price at Amazon :chuckle:
