The YouTube video explaining the permit issue says anyone awarded a permit initially will still show that win in the win category so they are going to honor them all.

I drew the upper smith creek tag this year but just found out today it got switched over to the mt Whittier muzzie tag. If you still have it maybe we could ping pong info.
