Peshastin Bull
« on: June 17, 2024, 07:32:20 PM »
A friend drew this tag this year.  I live in the area and have places to hunt.  I was just hoping to connect with folks that had the tag before to see how it went.  Never heard of anyone who drew it.

Your probably the best resource being you live close to that unit

Had the tag years ago. The elk were hard to find. Couple guys that killed big bulls had snowmobiles to get to some good areas. I killed a smaller 5x6 bull. Some of the farmers like hunters, some of the people that have second homes in the area hate hunters. Best hunting was in the draws behind the orchards.

Iv heard rumor that USFS is buying the chelan resources land in that hunt area. Which will open up a ton of opportunities for tag holders

This would be great if it happened, my son has the mission deer tag for November, any idea when this transaction may happen?
