Fishing near Ukiah Oregon
« on: July 02, 2024, 09:28:48 PM »
Gonna see the little nephews this weekend in Oregon. They want to go fishing with their cousins but don’t have a clue on a spot. Looks like there is a small set of ponds but no idea if there’s any fish. These are little guys so hoping to get a bobber and worm soaking for something. Any ideas?

Thanks!

Those little ponds have plenty of trout to catch.   Worm under a bobber has worked well for my 5 and 7 year old.  Keep it simple, works good enough to keep them entertained.    Though, with this heat this weekend, might want to explore the river.

Thanks! Yeah, it’s gonna be hot so some wading in the river might be a good idea.
