Moultire Strap Bracket fix?
« on: June 17, 2009, 08:41:49 AM »
Howdy,

After checking out this forum for the last few months, I picked up a Moultrie I60. First night I had it I tried to strap it to a post in my yard, as some critter has been visiting my garden at night. One of the very flimsy strap brackets broke off....I've done some reading and its a fairly common problem. Moultrie said its not covered..., but if I search the web I can find creative ways to resolve this(awesome customer service, huh?).

I haven't been able to find any links with this information and am wondering if anyone here might know. I bought the thing through SportmansGuide and they'll replace it, when they get them back in stock in July. Until then, if I can find a way to remedy the problem, I may just keep it as it does that great pics.

Thanks for any help.

www.camlockbox.com

Best to get some heavy duty metal on that, it slips inside and you do not have to use the straps at all. And you can lock it up.
