Hello everyone

yesterday i did 2 pork butt roasts for pulled pork they were about 7 pounds each i rubbed each butt with mustard and sprinkled on some of down yonder pork butt rub on and placed into the fridge for the night i slept in and did not get the butts into the smoker until after 7:00 am i placed into the smoker at 250 and used plum for smoke they took a long 14 hours to get done they turned out great





happyness is a full smoker

That looks really good Huey, I'm going to try the mustard next time. Here are (4) 7 lb roasts I made a few weeks back for a gathering of friends.

great looking pork i am really starting to like the pulled pork it seems everytime i fire up the smoker now i have to put one on along with everything else my next venture is with beef ribs havent done them before hope they turn out
