I'm just sitting here perplexed why anyone would choose a burger over a piping hot pizza for their post hunt meal :dunno:

Rams head cafe north fork salmon river salmon Idaho. The burger is the full curl. Wish o had a picture of the monster. 2 1 pound patties 1/4” thick bacon, dripping cheddar cheese. I can almost taste it :chuckle: Best burger I’ve ever had

Most of my elk hunts don’t get out of the woods in time for a regular restaurant. But I tell you what, a Baja blast and some Taco Bell usually hits the spot at midnight after a long pack out.

Damn!!!  We used to hunt that area every year and never even thought about checking out the local cuisine.  Now I'm mad....and hungry.
