Any idea on big game combo last year?

I am confused? I thought the application process was open until 07/15 and they randomized after that.  A couple years ago I was excited to be #119 then they randomized after that and ended up 1200 or so.  The number shown is your current status or will they randomize after the 15th?

The alternate lists closed on June 30th, the surplus lists are open until July 15th.
