mine shows that its my turn after waiting in line nearly an hour but now nothing is happening and it isn't redirecting me to the web site. what do i do?
This was a huge fail on the Technology end as I suspected once I saw the queue. I'm happy I got one, but I can't believe how bad this went.
It was labeled as "first come first serve", but then you are put into a queue and assigned a random place in line. Oxy Moron there!
Also they didn't update the verbiage so the meat of the queue message referred to
"elk".
Once I was finally redirected to the site, there was a graphic of a deer and an Oops.. loading the app. Then once I finally got into the wild app the MS tag wasn't in the Tag section and I had to search for it. Then the payment process kept timing out and never actually looked like it completed, so I kept re-attempting. I'm wondering how many times I was charged. Good grief!
