Any field pics? Good bear

I took one awful picture. It doesn’t really show sz. He died on a small bench on a steep hillside. I was standing above him 8-10ft and he was kind of piled up below me. I didn’t want to stop and take time for any photos. I had a ton of work to do and a small amount of time to do it in. Not a great picture taker, I tend to be alone most often, and don’t always share pictures.

That's a great looking bear!
Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes.  That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

Great bear!  My biggest was 7' 6" nose to tail. tooth data came back as 21.5 yrs old. He was an old warrior with an old broken leg (basically skin and bone and atrophied to his chest) and missing half his front paw. Winched him to a road and could barely get him in the back of the full sized Blazer.  Field dressed he was 475#.  I truly regret not getting field pictures back then.

Now therefore take, I pray thee, thy weapons, thy quiver and thy bow, and go out to the field, and take me some venison
