Fisherman hit by semi crossing river road

Be careful out there, not sure how you don’t see a semi coming, the person was killed. This was on river road in puyallup.

First information I got seems to be wrong, would delete post but can’t, stupid rule but hey, I don’t make’em.  Looks like a pedestrian was hit possible by two vehicles walking along river road.

Think you can edit the title, but yeah. Struck by a pickup and potentially a second time by a garbage truck. Terrible situation.

I quit fishing those spots because of it.  Last year a drunk side swiped 3 cars on the dirt hill at the soccer fields.  Right after we heard it on the river we were all worried someone got hit .  Thankfully no one hurt that time.  There was a time the light cycles timed to where there were no cars in either direction..  so much traffic now, it's a crazy cross, especially in waders..  sad deal

Just here say but the report i got down there yesterday was the initial truck was speeding long the highway with no lights on. Dude was hit and knocked into oncoming traffic where the second collision with a garbage truck. Sad deal all the way around. If you see the memorial cross please add a lure or hook to it.
Remember that buck is climbing that Mt. every day!

I fished down there by the soccer fields on Saturday morning and Yesterday afternoon.  I won't even step out on the road until it's clear both ways.  Too many guys doing stupid things to get across 4 lanes of traffic.  I'm suprised there aren't more accidents.  Sounds like this guy was just in the wrong spot at the wrong time.
