Thanks for posting this video. These are two parts I hadn’t replaced on my browning gold and it seems to have helped with my slow bolt issue. The trigger buffer was pretty much gone. Recoil buffer looked ok but replaced it anyway. I only got to use it once before duck season ended but I think it’s functioning properly now.
For anyone curious, the trigger assembly buffer is just a little foam disk. After shipping it’s pretty crazy to pay $20 for. It’d be pretty easy to use a punch and cut one out of some high (ish) density foam.
